DST offers one of the nation’s premier off-season strength and conditioning programs for Major and Minor League athletes. In both 2010 and 2011 DST’s off-season program was featured on ESPN’s Baseball Tonight for our work with Carl Crawford.
Our MLB Spring Training Preparation Program has four major goals:
- Increase the longevity of your career
- Maximize the skills that is specific to your position
- Achieve your optimal physical condition for Spring Training
- Obtain knowledge on how to maintain in-season
DST’s trained staff will also work to help identify biomechanical deficiencies and status of pre-existing injuries with our Biomechanical Evaluation
- identify all imbalances: strength, flexibility, mobility
- assign corrective exercise program
