DST Group Training
DST offers group training for all youth and adult athletes. Each client will undergo both a biomechanical and a nutritional assessment to determine limitations and deficiencies in the client's body and diet. DST trainers will give each client the same attention and instruction they give to their professional clients. Central to DST's method is the goal to improve an athlete's fitness and sport-specific performance. All DST trainers are experienced and fully certified. ALL PARTICIPANTS IN DST TRAINING MUST SIGN UP FOR A 3 or 6 MONTH PACKAGE. THERE ARE 3 PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM:
