Programs are formed on a planned performance continuum. We have based all our programs on scientific research, injury prevention and sports enhancement. By correcting the most basic fundamental movement patterns a football player will be more efficient and productive when transferring the strength, power and agility gains from training to the playing field.

We perform a biomechanical analysis on all our players. The biomechanical evaluation looks at identifying all imbalances: stability, strength, flexibility, mobility, and movement.

The biomechanical analysis is simply a way to allow one to see how football players who have elite strength, power, speed and sport skills may have basic fundamental flaws that do not show up on a stat sheet.

These types of limitations lead to poor efficiency, potential for injury, and decreased performance. The biomechanical analysis was designed to identify and correct faulty movement patterns and address the high incident rates of non-contact injuries and overuse injuries that are hindering the physical advancement of football players.

The biomechanical assessment includes multiple tests that assess mobility and stability. The assessment is a very thorough tool that introduces the athlete to a more detailed and better understanding of their body and a precise plan to implement the proper protocol to achieve their desired goals.

The analysis includes:

  • Joint analysis
  • Muscular analysis
  • Structural analysis
  • Flexibility analysis
  • Muscle firing sequences
