DST Collegiate Training
DST's Collegiate Training sessions give college athletes the opportunity to get the same specialized training as professional athletes. DST uses a variety of assessments to note the athlete's limitations and deficiencies and uses these to develop a program fitting of each athlete. The key components of training with DST are proper exercise execution and nutrition. The proper execution of these aspects along an individually designed training continuum will lead to the desired increases in strength, speed and power.
Training sessions are conducted in a group setting among other athletes with similar aspirations and unique determination. The group setting is beneficial, because it promotes an environment of encouragement and motivation. DST's trainers will use the same hands-on approach as they do with their professional clients.
