In order to train like a pro you need to have the facilities the pros do
That’s why DST is proud of our facilities that feature:
- Two full-weight rooms
- Two gymnasiums
- Football field
- Quarter mile track
- 55-yard sand pit
- 30 yard, 12 degree incline hill
We also feature specialized equipment including:
- 3 Verti-Max systems
- Speed Chains
- Slide board
DST is headquartered at Houston Christian High School in Houston, Texas.
However, we do offer on-site training for pro-athletes.
