Summer is just around the corner, and it’s time to get ready for the upcoming season! If you’re looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, you’re in the right place. At DST, we provide customized training programs for individual athletes and entire teams. Our training is tailored to fit the specific needs and goals of each athlete, because we understand that no two athletes are the same.
Our experienced coaches work closely with you to build a program that will help you achieve your goals. Our team is dedicated to helping you increase your speed, strength, endurance, and longevity in your sport. We’ll target your current weaknesses and limitations and design a program that will help you overcome them.
Our training programs include an individualized nutrition plan, corrective plan, and strength program. We start with an in-depth Biomechanical Assessment to identify any areas that need improvement. This allows us to develop a customized plan that will help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
